When we conceived of this tour, it was important to all of us to be able to support local organizations, so from the very beginning we committed to paying our own way. Each singer was responsible for raising his/her own travel expenses - nearly $2,000 each. SFGMC together with OIGC raised the money for venues, marketing, security, and staff travel.
